Right click any file/folder on your computer, select "Shredd selected file/folder" from the menu and completely remove the selected item from your computer.
One click uninstall.
Right click the program's shortcut on the desktop and select "Uninstall with Uninstall Plus" from the menu.A wizard will lead you through the uninstallation of the programs selected.
