As I remembered, re-import license file via license manager working fine, no need to reinstall delphi.

In my case, I use WinHex

1. Open RAD_Studio_10_2_2_HotfixR_February_2018.exe
2. Menu -> Navigation -> Go to Offset and input 002E5DAB
3. Chang value 00 to 01
4. Save and Exit

5. Only change one registry x64: ( My computer OS is Windows10 x64)


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Embarcadero\BDS\19.0\HotfixLevel=06. Install

Friends.. can some one explain to me which version of tokyo install.
there are many releases.. what is the order to download and install it.
also there are several hot fixes. Installing them need a new keygen?

RAD Studio or another version, create "key" on Registry Windows, folders hidden, etc...

Then, try "Delete" all keys on Registry, and mainly, the hidden folders in "C..ProgramData" and "C..Users (Public and YOU). Normaly, the names are related to the company Embarcadero or (old) Borland. Dont forget that folders with the name using "GUID" string (ProgramData folder) (The Windows highlights folder names in blue for some specific conditions in the system).

Dont forget "delete" the license files (.lic) for Embarcadero softwares, as RAD Studio.

if you dont have any other version installed, dont worry... delete all (Registry and Folders)

if your problem is in this point, will be solved.

if needs try install in a VM for test (before).

Dont forget... NO INTERNET OR ANY NETWORK connection before or later... later, do what you want.

1, mount ISO build 2004
2, run SETUP.EXE (wait)
3, run KEYGEN follow the sequence...
4, run as Admin in first time
5, go back to work boy...
