Есть вариант linux + Wine.
Разработчик Intraweb Bootstrap 3 Framework for Delphi
в своей группе писал, что у него все программы intraweb крутятся на linux.

Yes I usually run Intraweb and other Delphi server applications on Ubuntu Server Linux.
I use Wine and Xvfb (it brings a X window server to the application)
The performance is the same that running directly on windows.
I deployed about 150 Linux servers running server applications developed with Delphi, some of them simultaneously handles about 300 active connections.

The only drawback is that restart a service sometimes takes about one minute because Wine takes some time to release used sockets.

I knew ab wine but i like to have more na solution.
Then i look into intraweb but i dont understand 100% howe this works.
