Почему-то в последних версиях пакета AlphaControls дополнение AlphaDB идет без файлов ресурсов (AlphaDBxxx.res). Здесь ссылка на AlphaDB из AlphaControls 12.14, содержащий ресурсы ко всем поддерживаемым версиям Delphi и C++ Builder.
