Прошу прощения за тупизну.
У меня почему-то Опера на этот фтп вообще не заходит (зависает),
а Эксплорер наоборот заходит без всяких логинов и паролей, но там только одна папка pub, а в ней единственный файл Need.rar (по крайней мере когда я это пишу).
В чем прикол?

cluless, без паролей ты туда попадешь.. на фтп этот... но попадешь не в тот раздел где книги... по паролю сверху ты окажешься там, всё есть. Просто ты аходишь просто по айпишнику без логина-пароля и попадаешь не туда, куда надо.. пользуйся фтп-менеджерами либо прпописывай в адресной строке айпи сразу с логин-паролем ftp://логин:пароль@ip/
