I think that this is the "cracked" version , no sources, only dcu for XE

this release is retail (or cracked) and has no Full Sources, so you cannot install in a diferrent version (D7, 2007 , 2010 or 2011) only can install in D2009, and pray that you have a good dcu (not bugged or bad cracked).
